Ever had the urge to laser a design into a block of wood? Now you can do that and much more! This weekend Life Tie toured TechShop – a shared workspace in San Francisco where members can take class, use machines and ultimately ‘build their dreams’. Complete with 3-D printers, CNC embroidery machines and lasers – this is not your typical shop. With over 50 classes you can literally learn any skill you need.  TechShop currently has 5 locations, 3 of which are in the Bay area and one planned for Brooklyn. We are thrilled to see this kind of community engagement in technology and engineering. Expect to see a whole bunch of exciting Life Tie products coming out of TechShop shortly!
